Am 10. und 11. November 2016 findet im Medical Valley Center in Erlangen im Rahmen der EIT Health Design Thinking Competition ein Design Thinking Workshop statt. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Design Thinking-Coaches vom OPENLAB und dem Karolinksa Institutet aus Stockholm bearbeiten interdisziplinäre Teams verschiedene Aufgabenstellungen rund um das Thema „Das Krankenhaus der Zukunft“. Die Aufgabenstellungen sind Teil unserer Medical Valley Open Innovation Plattform und beschäftigen sich mit anti-bakteriellen Materialien, Augmented Reality und Cognitive Computing sowie effizienten Energietechnologien, -management und Services zur Steigerung des Wohlfühlklimas in Krankenhäusern. Die besten Lösungskonzepte gewinnen ein Reisestipendium zur nächsten Design Thinking Competition.

Der Workshop richtet sich an Studierende verschiedener Fachrichtungen mit Interesse am Gesundheitswesen und Design Thinking sowie Startups und Wissenschaftler. Der Workshop ist in Englischer Sprache.

Get ready to tackle a societal challenge within health and well-being, and share your innovations to contribute to health in society and to enhance people’s lives! You are welcome to participate in the EIT Health Design Thinking Competition – in collaboration with Karolinska Institutet, Openlab and Medical Valley. This is the third event of the EIT Health Design Thinking Competition and will take place in Medical Valley Center Erlangen November 10-11.

You will

• innovate in an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative and creative environment
• practice innovation and Design Thinking with our experienced Design Thinking-coaches
• compete with the chance to win travel, accommodation and participation in upcoming Design Thinking Competitions in European cities
